I. Introduction:
The manual part of the Q46F type four-way ball valve can adopt a steel plate-pressed handle or a stainless steel cast handle. The handle is equipped with a limit structure to set limits at the open and closed positions of the valve. When the valve is used in key equipment, the limit block is provided with a lock hole to lock the switch position and prevent misoperation. The handle is clearly marked with "open" and "close". The valve stem is integrally forged from A182F (1Cr13) and undergoes quenching and tempering treatment, with a hardness reaching HB220 to 250. The valve stem is connected to the handle via a flat key, spline, or square key, offering strong versatility. The valve stem is designed with a blow-out prevention structure. The packing of the Q46F four-way ball valve is made of braided flexible graphite sealing rings or polytetrafluoroethylene sealing rings, enabling reliable sealing of the valve stem under certain lubrication conditions.
II. Structural Features:
1. Low fluid resistance: The cross-sectional area of the connecting pipeline between the ball and the valve body is equal, and the ball channel adopts an arc connection, resulting in low fluid resistance when the medium passes through the ball.
2. Excellent sealing performance: The valve seat is made of PTFE material with certain elastic deformation and high strength, which achieves good sealing performance and ensures the stability of the valve.
3. Long service life: The valve core and neck material of the valve are austenitic stainless steel, and the valve seat material is PTFE, which provides good corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the valve.

IV. Working Principle:

5. The sealing pairs have various forms. Soft sealing, hard sealing, fire-resistant valve seats, and other structures can be selected according to different working conditions; the floating ball type is used for DN less than 150, and the fixed ball type is used for DN less than 200.
6. An auxiliary sealing structure can be set at the valve seat of the ball valve, with a grease injection valve installed at the valve seat and valve stem. It can temporarily seal in emergency situations, and the valve stem can be lengthened as needed to adapt to buried installation environments.
